Do I need to affiliate to Northern Gauteng Practical shooting association and/or the South African Practical Shooting Association?

You do not need to affiliate to these sports bodies to join Vector Shooting Club.

These associations govern the IPSC style practical shooting sport at a Provincial and National level.  IPSC is an international sport practiced across the globe with World shoots taking place on a regular basis. SAPSA through SASCOC recognize our representatives at these matches with SA Colours (as does NGPSA with provincial colours for those representing our province at National events).

Although the Vector Shooting club is affiliated to these bodies, you as an individual do not need to be unless you intend to shoot IPSC matches at a Provincial and / or National level.
