Endorsement & DS Letter Request v2

If you have achieved 6 or more DS points in the current or previous year and require an Endorsement or Dedicated Sport shooting confirmation letter, please complete all the fields below and hit “submit”. A request will be sent to the club chairman for approval and forwarding to the relevant provincial and national persons for attention.

IMPORTANT: SAPS are now declining license applications if the endorsement and/or DS letter are dated older than 30 days of date of license application submission. Only request your endorsement and/or DS letter when ALL your other paperwork and motivation is finished and ready to hand in!
